How do we provide all this?
We offer a unique system in Hungary, where you can learn pole and aerial sport with high level of precision and attention.
How do we provide all this?
- We work exclusively with highly qualified trainers with many years of experience in pole and hoop sports, who have all the necessary state-recognised coaching qualifications for sports instruction and are continuously training for better skills
- Unlike other studios, we don't have 8-12 person during one training session, so you can be sure you'll get enough attention during class, you can easily progress with your level.
- Our 60 minute classes have a maximum of 4 (1 person per pole), so you get triple attention.
- We use a custom-designed level system built on over 10 years of pole sport experience, so there's little risk of injury if you follow the coach's instructions

DRESSCODE FOR YOUR CLASS
Training clothes:
For the bottom, please wear your shortest short and as for the top part you can either wear a sports bra or a T-shirt. In case you are sensitive to the cold, feel free to bring long leggings, socks or leg warmers.
Please keep in mind:
Be punctual: warm-up is the fundament of our workout. Missing any part of it increases the risk of injury, so please make sure you arrive sooner, about 15 minutes before your first class so that you can fill out the necessary forms, such as the health declaration form.
Don't use lotions and creams 12 hours before class: if you have dry skin, try to moisturise by drinking more fluids. Slippery skin can easily cause injury or might ruin your pole experience.
Avoid tanning studios 24 hours before your workout: the pole may tear your skin whether you like it or not. Extra sensitive skin may hurt more than expected. Please keep in mind that tanning lotions are oily and might cause additional injury.
Don't wax 12 hours before class. Due to above mention reasons. Your skin won’t be able to properly grip onto the pole.
Don't train the day before your class. It will limit your range of motion and your tired muscles won't be able to perform the way you want them to. Pole workout is fun, but it still requires a lot of muscle work.
Eat before your workout: eat a carbohydrate-rich meal 1-2 hours prior class. Don't overeat, choose something light.
